Lovely place. Would visit again.

Excellent mattress! Cozy room, very relaxing, beautiful building, great location. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating!

The bathroom was cold. Also at night the street was too noisy and the bathroom was not properly insulated/soundproofed.

Amazing weekend in a character hotel

Hotel staff were professional and very friendly--- especially the gentleman on the desk that had lived in the UK for a while, hotel full of character and amazing local art.

Even though the location is not far from the old town, which is great.... there is a nightclub/bar that is near to the hotel and it does not close until 4.00am. You cannot open the window or french door due to the noise keeping you awake.

Great location, charming, good room size, view from room.

Stairs to room, bed too hard-time for a new mattress, cheap pillows, shower about 2 feet above floor and no step-wierd and a bit of a fall hazard, no mini-fridge. Ok for 1 night.

A lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Granada old town

Two night stay in a Double Room Upper Floor. Set in an old historic building the hotel has a lovely ambience and character about it and the staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was nicely furnished but needed better lighting given that the only natural light was through a window with a very restricted view onto a narrow passage. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we preferred to explore the local area but the breakfast room had lots of character set in the old cellar.... albeit with no natural light. Directions (provided by the hotel) for getting to the hotel through the historic part of Granada were excellent and on arrival they then provided directions to a nearby underground secure car park where they have spaces allocated. Note - although the car parking spaces where generous in size the drive to the car park and down 3 levels to the parking bays does need great care as it is very narrow!

There was no tea or coffee facilities provided in the bedroom which meant a trip down to the breakfast area if you need early caffeine....! There was, however, complimentary tea and coffee provided in the library (off the lobby) between 16:00 and 22:30

First Time in Granada-solo traveler

Where to start? The staff that greets you are so kind and welcoming. They are on staff at all times and ready to help. The lobby is spacious with places to rest. Off to the side is a small study with couches, books, a computer, and tea and coffee. This was where I stopped after walking around on some chilly evenings. The room is a perfect size for me as a solo traveler or would be fine for a couple. It's not huge but you're not there often. Mainly to rest. Be careful when going in though it's a step down and I forgot everytime I went in the room. The bed is super comfy after a long day of walking. What else? Ohhh if you close the windows the room is so dark and wonderful for sleeping and the street noise isn't heard much. I was amazed because the other places I've stayed have a lot of street noise. But then my neighbors came in. They were talking in normal voices and I could hear their conversation. I thought it was humorous but it might bother some. I recommend if noise at night bothers you and you travel anywhere in Spain to bring earplugs because the cities are alive at night.

Great location, many sights, shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A good breakfast in a historic room.

The room stank of very old cigarrete smoke, somewhat surprising nowadays. The staff understood our complaint and took care of the matter.

A great find in the centre

Alot of thought has gone into the hotel, lovely design of the lobby, inner patio and guest library. The themed rooms are a great idea and good to prompt a little more knowledge of the region. It is modern and stylish without being the bland experience you get in big chain hotels. The room had a safe as well which is usually an extra, it was a good-size bedroom with a desk and sofa, the bathroom had toiletries and a good hairdryer (so difficult to get in any hotel!). The staff were very friendly and helpful and you can store your bags after checkout so you can keep exploring. Also at an excellent location for visiting the sights, 2 mins from the alhambra bus stop and 3 from plaza nueva. 5 mins from the 33/21 stop to the bus station. We did not try the breakfast, while it looked very good, it was expensive at €15 for those of us who don't eat much at breakfast.

While there are many choices of pillow for the traveller we did find the bed a little hard, but that is personal preference.

Oasis at the Foot of the Alhambra

The door was an epic entry into an oasis, perfectly located in the heart of the bustling town center. Magda greeted us, took care of all our needs: parking, dinner reservations, booking massages at the Turkish Baths, and even arranged same day laundry. Loved the room, excellent showers, and more. Highlight of our 3 week travels so far.

Best place and value in Grenada

This is the only property to stay at in Granada. Wonderful location. Super responsive and accommodating. Was a pilgrims hotel so very cool yet all the comforts of home. Afternoon tea and communal breakfast in the old tunnel. Lobby had a wishing tree. You must get your Alhambra tickets from them as a better price and you get the full tour with a wonderful guide (not just audio). Rooms are very quiet with soft linens, beds, and pillows. They have all the amenities. You can store your luggage with them as well. Very helpful on things to do so make sure you read the information they send you.
